Moulin Rouge
Welcome to red light district of Paris!! Learning fun Parisean routines from the famous cabaret Moulin Rouge. This is a high energy cardio intensive workout! The class will start with a warm up before entering the high kicking can-can and twirls . Some skirts are provided but best to bring a wide long skirt for the class. Guests must have some basic fitness level to do this class. This is a very high end cardio dance!
