Class Descriptions
Pole 101 Basix This level is for the beginner poledancer. We will teach the basic technique of pole dancing. This level will also help to build your strength with emphasis being placed on the upper body and core giving you the confidence to move to the next level. Every move you do gives you a great stretch, creating long lean muscles. You will feel stronger, your body will begin to tone and tighten, and you will feel muscles you never knew you had. At the end of the session you will have completed several pole dance spins including the 3 firemans, carousel, sundial, angel, half hook and more.. along with a complete pole dance routine. |

Pole 102 Basix Now that you have learned the basics, we will start to do more intense inversions and climbing making it a great workout. While continuing to condition your body you will also learn some transitional moves so you can start to dance and this is when you start to burn more calories. You will safely learn a new and cha and pole combos challenging move each class strengthening your muscles for the next level. Must have some previous pole dance experience or have completed pole101. |

Pole 103/4/5+ Xotic Heels / Trixters Barefoot Bring your kneepads. Upside down a must!! It’s time to get acrobatic and learn the moves that amaze! You will learn combinations of tricks and continue to condition and work on flexibility. Now that you have the strength and confidence to go upside down, we’ll start learning tricks, advanced spins and holds. Hang from one leg, transition one invert to another and really start to learn circus like moves on the pole. The Xotic class is with Heels so bring shoes with an ankle strap. Everyone moves a different pace with pole dance so classes are small for more intimate training as well and a variety of different impressive moves. |

Burlesque BurleX No Nudity! For the absolute burlesque virgin! Bump and grind, peel and pose your way through this 6-week course. Learn the history and the foundations of Burlesque through playful poses, shimmies and shakes, hip and chest isolations, undulations, glove peeling and Burlesque struts. While learning technique and moves you will be guided through a choreographed group routine giving you the tools needed to develop body awareness and confidence, along with a cheeky and seductive burlesque attitude! This course is for those with little or no previous experience in dance and burlesque. All levels of fitness welcome. |

Build a Booty and Twerk - TwerX Wear colorful leggings or booty shorts, clean indoor running shoes, and bring your knee pads. This class is a wild cardio and stregth training ride. After the warm up we build up our booty with conditioning exercises, followed by learning twerk moves and putting them together for fun choreos. Learn booty shakin/isolations & much more. We're going to teach you new tricks and dance moves each week. This is a class will fully embrace your sexy. A more modern day twist on belly dance, this is booty dance. |

We work on martial arts techniques, drills, katas which are choreographed fighting sequences, situational dillemas, muay thai, jiu jitsu, kickboxing and more! A super fun way to burn fat, tone your body, let off steam and have fun, kicking butt in a safe environment. Work your way through belt systems from white belt all the way to black belt.
